LEASYS CARCLOUD: THE FIRST CAR SUBSCRIPTION IN ITALY BECOMES ALSO PLUG-IN HYBRID
Leasys, a subsidiary of FCA Bank, continues its drive for an increasingly sustainable mobility by enlarging CarCloud, the first car subscription service in Italy, with Renegade & Compass Plug-in Hybrid, the new and exclusive Jeep® creations. Since the launch of the program, more than 8,000 people have already signed up for CarCloud.
With Leasys CarCloud Renegade & Compass Plug-in Hybrid, for €479 a month, subscribers will be able to add, depending on their needs, either a Jeep® Renegade 4xe Plug-in Hybrid or a Jeep® Compass 4xe Plug-in Hybrid to their subscription.
Both cars will be equipped with charging cables for connection to a domestic socket. Moreover, thanks to the e-parking service available on the CarCloud app and on the mobilitystore.leasysrent.com website, customers will be able to find the nearest Mobility Store with a charging station, so that they might go there and recharge their vehicle at no cost. Leasys Mobility Stores are located in all the main cities, airports, ports and railway stations of Italy, and their number will increase to over 400 by the end of 2020, for a total of 1,200 new EV charging stations.
To subscribe to the new CarCloud Plug-in Hybrid service, it is necessary to register on Amazon, for a one-time cost of €249,and to convert the registration voucher on the website carcloud.leasys.com. The subscription carries no time restrictions and customers can join, renew monthly or leave at any time. The monthly subscription includes all the necessary services for a hassle-free driving experience (road tax, insurance, kasko, warranty maintenance, change of tires, etc.) and allows the purchase of additional services (such as kasko without deductibles, the change of pack and the second driver).
Moreover, through the Leasys CarCloud app, users can access services ranging from the monitoring of kilometres travelled and the remaining ones to the possibility to change car or type of subscription. In addition, one or more ancillary services can be added to enhance one’s plan and to monitor billing, managing one’s data and the manner of payment. Lastly, thanks to push notifications, users will be kept constantly updated on the status of their subscription and will be able to manage easily the renewal and the services chosen from month to month.
Starting from today, customers interested in the Renegade & Compass 4xe Plug-in Hybrid subscription will be able to purchase the registration voucher on amazon.it, to convert it starting from 22 September 2020 on the carcloud.leasys.com website, and to pick up the car starting from 1 October 2020 in one of the participating Leasys Mobility Stores operational, in this launch phase, in Bologna, Florence, Milan, Naples, Rome, Turin, Venice.

Moreover, one or more ancillary services can be added to this to enhance one’s plan (such as Super Cover insurance, a Second Driver and additional kilometres).
