In no event will Leasys be liable in connection with User access to the website or the use of its contents.

Website content

Leasys reserves all rights to website content, without exception, (including, but not limited to: news, photographs, videos, audio files, trademarks, logos, domain names, software, graphic layouts, technical documentation and manuals, etc.). Users can access content solely for purposes of personal information, any other use of such content without prior written consent of Leasys or other claimants is expressly forbidden.

Although reasonable care has been taken with regard to compiling and presenting the information contained on the Site, no warranty is given to the Users as to its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or to its possible applications by Users. In no event shall Leasys S.p.A. be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to this information.

Information and images - including product colours - related equipment, appearance, performance, dimensions and weights, prices, fuel consumption, running costs, etc., related to products referred to in the Site are subject to continuous updating and may include accessories and optional equipment that are not standard equipment. This information is therefore to be considered as purely indicative and subject to errors, inaccuracies and may be modified at any time by Leasys S.p.A. Leasys S.p.A. may at any time, and in its sole discretion, make changes of a structural or formal nature to the vehicles shown in the Site, or to vehicle colours or standard equipment. 

Prices, offers and promotions contained in the Site are not binding on any entity but merely recommended by Leasys S.p.A.

Leasys disclaims any liability for the information and indications contained in the web pages of the Site. Notably, they do not contain any tacit promise or guarantee relating to the composition, fitness for a particular purpose of the goods, or to the non-infringement of said products of provisions or third party rights. This Site may contain links to other Internet websites. Leasys has no influence over the configuration, availability, accessibility and content of such Linked Sites and does not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information contained in such Linked Sites.

Leasys shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the Site and its content or sites linked to it directly or indirectly, as well as any damages arising out of errors or omissions.

Third party intellectual property

The Site is operated by Leasys. Leasys respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. Some material on this Site may be published and made available on the Site by third parties without authorisation from Leasys. Leasys’ policy does not allow material that infringes the rights of third parties to remain on the Site and the accounts of Users who infringe these rights will be deleted once the infringement is brought to the attention of Leasys; such material will be removed.

If a User believes that any of the material on the Site infringes its rights, that User must issue a notice to Leasys containing the following information:

• identification of the right infringed or, in the case of multiple infringements, a list of all alleged infringements;

• identification of the material contained on the Site that infringes the above right(s) for which removal or disablement is being requested, accompanied by information enabling Leasys to identify the subject of the infringement(s);

Applicable law and jurisdiction 

Without prejudice to any other rights that Users benefit from by virtue of other national or international laws, these Website Conditions of Use are subject to Italian law and will be interpreted in conformity with that law (except for choice-of-law rules), including any dispute over the existence, validity and enforceability of these Website Conditions of Use and any other related agreement.

Within the above limits, the court having jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising over these Website Conditions of Use and any other related agreement will be the Court of Torino.
